Question 1

Does Unvsted take any equity or salary?

Accepted Answer

No. Unvsted is designed as a software co-founder. You retain 100% ownership and equity in your company, with zero dilution or cap table commitments.

Question 2

How is Unvsted different from a generic AI chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Generic AI chatbots give open-ended text answers when prompted. Unvsted operates as a structured execution partner: it translates high-level founder goals into actionable checklists, tracks execution, and enforces accountability through daily progress loops.

Question 3

How does Unvsted assist technical vs. non-technical founders?

Accepted Answer

For technical founders, Unvsted focuses on go-to-market execution—defining ICPs, drafting outbound sequences, and setting up customer discovery calls. For non-technical founders, Unvsted assists with scoping MVPs, mapping technical architecture, and guiding no-code/low-code product builds.

Question 4

What does human approval mean for AI actions?

Accepted Answer

You remain in full control. Unvsted generates proposed action items and execution drafts, but no external actions are taken without your explicit review and approval.

Question 5

What is included during the early access period?

Accepted Answer

Early members on the waitlist receive priority onboarding, 1 month of free access at launch, and early access to core cofounder capabilities. Additional free months can be unlocked by inviting fellow founders.

Question 6

How does the Unvsted referral scheme work?

Accepted Answer

Every founder who joins the waitlist receives 1 month of free access at launch along with a custom referral link. Inviting 5 founders unlocks 3 months free, 10 founders unlocks 6 months free, and 20 founders unlocks 1 year free. Referral rewards represent the highest tier reached and are granted in addition to your initial 1-month waitlist access.
